What is your lead time between order and delivery?
It depends on the product and the transport mode: every quotation states the lead time to your site.
Under which Incoterm do you deliver?
Our quotations are delivered and customs-cleared to Pointe-Noire or Brazzaville: transport, formalities and duties are included. You have nothing to handle internationally.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
GAO sets no minimum of its own. Some manufacturers do: we state it in the quotation, and consolidation often lets you work around it.
What happens if the goods are not compliant?
Goods are inspected in China before departure, against your specifications. Any non-compliance is settled with the supplier before shipment: GAO carries that risk, not you.
How does payment work?
You pay GAO locally, in XAF, on a single invoice. You make no international transfer and never prepay a supplier you don’t know.
Can you provide a supplier onboarding file?
Yes. GAO is registered with the Brazzaville RCCM and holds a tax identification number (NIU); we send the documents needed to list us in your procurement systems on request.
